Handful of teams will be complete rebuilds. Terriers, Toros, Caps, Streetsville, Wolverines, Panthers. But each have some decent talent and a few will land in the top 5 teams. The race will be who can get the best from those blow ups on one team. Only the Beast and Rattlers were able to do it this year.
