I assume Tier 1 Klevr teams? The four teams in the new NYHL Elite division should have some top players too.Guest wrote: ↑Fri Mar 21, 2025 1:18 pmWho are the top 2017s?
2017 AAA
Re: 2017 AAA
Re: 2017 AAA
NYHL is half ice “elite” which is basically MD in OMHA.
Means A hockey.
It’s a gimmick to try and sale parents
Do whatever is best for your kid
Re: 2017 AAA
Top 2017s are and will continue to be in Klevr. If NYHL actually wants to build, they need to start at U7 or they somehow need to punish players and coaches for being involved in Klevr right before GTHL - but they won’t do that either.
Re: 2017 AAA
I hear the elite division isn’t half ice. It’s full ice, or 3/4 then full.

Re: 2017 AAA
Agree, all top players are in Klevr. But, if your kid is not in top teams, you are just wasting money. Those organizations only care about flagship team. Other kids to them just parents want to sent money why not take it? No development at allGuest wrote: ↑Sat Mar 22, 2025 8:04 amTop 2017s are and will continue to be in Klevr. Re: 2017 AAA
"Are and will continue to be in klevr" is a dumb comment. You have no clue who will be a top player at 11, 13, 15. You clearly have no older children and are basing this on no facts. There's no historical data to base this on. Klevr promotes AAA training and mentality at a younger age which obviously will result in more skill at young ages. Whether or not you klevr kids can stand the test of time is nowhere near proven. Half the 2015s will be burnt out in 2 years and they're already starting to fade. The skill gap closes. You can skate little Johnny 20 times a day but come u14 AAA (if he can hang on that long), that advantage will diminish and athleticism, IQ take over. Enjoy your little feeling that your kid is so amazing at 7-8. You all are a joke.Guest wrote: ↑Sat Mar 22, 2025 8:04 amTop 2017s are and will continue to be in Klevr. As a parent with older kids playing real AAA G hockey, I'll give you some advice, stay humble and don't be ignorant. Karma catches up.
