The amount of wasted talent that has passed through Elgin is staggering. The slobs they put on the benches are embarrassments for the organization. Respectfully if your belly hangs over your wranglers, and your idea of dressing up is an under armour golf shirt you should not be training and mentoring youth athletes. Thats all williams fault for picking his buddies who are all low lives. He was warned and ignored it - DM was a particularly crooked pick tho. Every kid that played for him in hp last year absolutely hates him. And that team was garbage. DM had almost no one show up because everyone knew he was crooked. I dont think any other team compares. By far Elgins worst pick and will be the worst team by far.

They were chosen to host multiple OHL games and OHFs and a multitude of other alliance events.
They attracted the best Players and coaches.
Alliance was on record saying emc was one of the best orgs they had.
Now you have everyone’s rejects showing up.

This is problematic behaviour, no one needs to be brought down. People need to speak out, in person, against poor management. There will always be enough people that are just happy to be there, so nothing will change.
