TYN coach takes 40k for a parent bench - $8500

2011 AAA

Re: 2011 AAA
I have no issue with the coaches being paid, as long as they are worth it and put in a good effort. I know some coaches and even assistant coaches getting some big $ but they have a complete program that is very detailed, they are worth every penny.
The issue is with these old school coaches that simply show up and run the same practices and flow drills. They have 0 technology involved and they are not about developing the kids, but rather doing the bare minimum..

No integrity if you ask me, both kids wouldn’t make any AAA team without daddy there.Guest wrote: ↑Fri May 17, 2024 9:18 pmDo both parent coaches kids get the most ice time ?Guest wrote: ↑Fri May 17, 2024 9:14 pmIce timeGuest wrote: ↑Fri May 17, 2024 9:13 pmDDM is there for $$ and overtime for juniorGuest wrote: ↑Fri May 17, 2024 7:07 pmthe dream team with a full parent bench. Move on and who cares about DDM.
Biggest ego in the age group!
If you’re kid is a solid AAA player be happy.
Others have their own worries
