The omha doesn’t pay parent coaches, also the organization has to approve the budget.

The organization will not change things. They can make rules if they want but that will only make the coaches and parents get smarter about how the money changes hands. As long as there is demand for the dream, someone will supply.

I have no issue with the coaches being paid, as long as they are worth it and put in a good effort. I know some coaches and even assistant coaches getting some big $ but they have a complete program that is very detailed, they are worth every penny.

The issue is with these old school coaches that simply show up and run the same practices and flow drills. They have 0 technology involved and they are not about developing the kids, but rather doing the bare minimum..

Will be interesting to see where these teams with parent coaches or multiple parents coaches land.

MR coaches kid can land on any Aaa team
Tm coaches kid can land on a bottom aaa team
tyn coaches kids can only play there or goto AA.

No integrity if you ask me, both kids wouldn’t make any AAA team without daddy there.

Move on and who cares about DDM.

If you’re kid is a solid AAA player be happy.
Others have their own worries
