D coach is weak

I think we all see BC plan. He is setting up to leave JRC 2011. The hp program needs the next group of young kids. The 2011 will be gone to high school programs. Hockey is a business folks. We are the atms. Coaches laugh at this site adds money to their pockets parents arguing getting mad wanting their kid to be better than some other kid.

Mass exodus at the end of the season because 17's dad controls the team. Decides who his kid plays with and ice time. His kid is AA at best but the situation is no different than a team with a parent coach. This will limit JRC's success and ability to recruit. Team will be middle of the pack by U15.

He had one team before. Start to finish. At 3 of those will get NHL contacts. If that's not good, what is?
