Hardly any HP kids on VK and they still are champions. Is it worth it?

Like it or not, CS has started the process of building a top u16 team. This year he added pieces and now he will put this group together for 3 years with a solid core and pick up a few kids every year.
My kid isn’t good enough to be on VK or a top team but I have watched this guy and it does look like there is a plan. He tightened up the defence and added some size both on forward and defence.

They are still recruiting though so it’s either more forwards to D or cuts
Heard today they signed their 11th forward
Guess BC and DE are not to confident in the kids they already picked up
