Will be a long season with hitting.
Getting ready for track and field season?
Listen what percentage of players in this group even have the genetics to go pro? You can train 7 days a week it is irrelevant if you do not have the god given potential.

There may be 6 kids in the whole age group with this potential, now you have to find them. And these blind squirrels for coaches could find a nut in a chocolate factory!

Lastly you have to know how to develop them , let’s not even go there!

Well said. I think dads are starting to realize this but there is some cognitive dissonance.

Most kids in this age group are the same they were 5 years ago. Reality is likely 20-25 will make a contribution to an ohl or university. Maybe 3-6 get a pro contact that can pay for food and shelter. Odds are stacked against them like all age groups. Enjoy this make some friends or don’t.

Yes, many seem to think you just need to throw money at loads of training for your kid....this is so false. You may see some temporary camouflaged success but once they all become adults that will all disappear, Trust me on that!

Some yess. To put them in the right age group
Now let’s get on Everest…can we stop the nonsense of playing in weak ass tournaments.
It’s not their fault that they’re having trouble finding more talent in these ‘elite’ tournaments. Maybe they should play up a year?
The stacked up Everest team choked to Mid west prime?
Lazy #11…kid and dad are a joke.
Just figured that out? You must be new
