However, there are table stakes to making it far, he unfortunately did not have the size, power and speed to ever be elite, doesn’t mean he can’t train others that don’t have the table stakes either$$$ rule , just tell them they need to work harder and be on the ice more , bleed the stone !
DE was a point per game at every level.
If that’s not elite what is?
2011 AAA

Re: 2011 AAA
Pretty sure he played at the OHL level and that was the end. Not to be negative, but that would rank you as maybe in the 7-8,000 best hockey player in the world. Would you ever watch a tennis match where the 7456 th ranked player plays the 6789 th ranked player.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Jul 02, 2024 7:23 amWho? If you went pro you’re already that top percentile. Either way your kid isn’t elite and neither are you.

Hey “ever level” in my book includes the NHL and pro level. I will grant you he was an elite amateur minor hockey league player. That and a loonie buys you a coffee and is not so rare!Guest wrote: ↑Tue Jul 02, 2024 9:23 amWhoa nobody’s talking about the nhl.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Jul 02, 2024 8:11 amPretty sure he played at the OHL level and that was the end. Re: 2011 AAA
Listen it is no slight to have a great minor league career, but like stated previously there are table stakes to going elite / pro. If you are not big , strong and fast twitch , it would be extremely rare to go pro and have success. The chances are long enough with those traits! Hockey is a business , and as such they perpetuate the lies that it just takes hard work and dedication, while ch is complete BS if you have ever been pro in anything you know and have seen the truth!Guest wrote: ↑Tue Jul 02, 2024 9:57 pmCan’t wait to see your elite prospects link.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Jul 02, 2024 9:59 amHey “ever level” in my book includes the NHL and pro level.
