Tier 1 AA kids won't even play for him. Apparently a bunch were asked to move up permanently to finish the season in place of an injured player, they all said no. Open borders ain't going to help that situation.

Well isn't that telling JB!!?? You are a pigeon and a selfish person. If you just stuck to actually coaching the team might be decent. You are a disruptive coach although the LJK board loves to hand you endless opportunities! Take a year off...do everyone a favour!

What is the main problem? I don't know much about the issues with JB and his team. Seems like he made some poor selections but what are the issues with him outside of his selections?

EMC and LJK boards need to watch how much favouritism coaches give their kids. Parent coach’s are fine until they put their kid before the team it becomes an issue. When the coachs kid has more ice time and opportunities and less rules than all the other players that should be a red flag for board

I've heard that his kid gets preferential treatment with ice time etc. I checked gamesheet and the kid barely has any points, so even with unfair advantages, the kid ain't producing. I can understand why parents would be upset with that kind of situation.

There is no development happening on the U14 team.

Hahahahahahahaha!! The team chose some physical size to enter the body contact phase of their playing careers. Has that worked out?? And why would any of the AA families want to spend time playing for this team?? It's not a privilege to play for you JB...it's actually quite the opposite!

As for next season...I'm sure the "good o'l boys" at LJK will serve us all well with their choices/decisions/etc. Has any LJK team at AAA level won any tourney worth mentioning this season? This association better get rolling with a game plan soon before the Hunters ask them to surrender their logo due to reputation management reasons!
