So you’re telling me that you pay this man to coach your kid but you can’t ask him a question or have a concern. He will suspend you from watching your kid that “you’re” paying him to coach. COME ON!!!

A coach can't ban anyone, only the GTHL can. Give me a break. That seems pretty shady too considering the GM of the SYB organization has a kid on the team! So not only is she biased, she's sitting there letting this d-bag coach get away with murder. What a circus team.
The parent has been great! As far as I know hasn't complained (it would land on deaf ears). He knows the power trip level is not worth fighting. He always seems to be happy and finds a positive. He did nothing wrong and thank you for sticking up for the team.

Let me guess- he coaches both of the managers kids & that’s why he can get away with miss games & practices.
Yes, coach and GM go hand in hand. He only coaches her kids. Currently coaching two of them and used to coach the older one.
That is part of what he was confronted about. Her kid plays by a different set of rules from the rest.
Parent is a great guy. He doesn’t deserve to watch the game on his phone in the car because coach and GM can’t take some criticism.
Although maybe he would prefer to now since they have given half his kids playing time GMs kid.

The coach banned a parent from coming to games for the rest of the season because the parent questioned some coaching decisions.
That’s some serious power tripping. Banning a parent from watching his 12 year old because he had the audacity to question you.

The Smalls Dad thinks his kid is the shit. Every tryout he takes to he fully decked in Toronto Elite gear....and he the worst one out there

I have a question. Why no team taking players from other ethnicities like India and Sri Lanka? I thought hockey was supposed to be inclusive in Canada? Hockey is not just for kids who are from European backgrounds. This is a big problem in the GTHL. If this is not corrected then we need to organize a protest against the league. They let trans kids play, kids with disabilities and with parents who don’t work, why not our kids too?

On the outside watching games and reading posts there are players that can do no wrong on that team.
