No question he has done a good, but recruits want more. They frustrated with the 3rd of the kids they to have play with. Meaning those bottom 3rd kids compromise the practices and games. If they had low AA players NYK would be unstoppable. Practice of compromised be coach has to cater to the 3rd single A kids. With a hefty budget Parents are getting frustrated with all this. That's AA hockey - there are going to be a pool of kids that are close to the bottom of AAA and a pool of kids that are closer to A and a vast majority that are indistinguishable from each other. The team with the most kids close to AAA and few close to A will win more. Coach should be gearing practice towards the top end of the roster while ensuring the bottom end of the roster gets enough skill development to improve.

I called him. Half his roster is trying out for AAA he claims. Not sure what is going to happen. Keep saying “waiting until his season is over”.

Not really sure if any of the above is true. Sounds like a disgruntled parent.. Come over to TR .. we build super teams. Lots of room and no one is safe!

Not sure about that, you have all the parent management that guarantees a third of tr spots
