The decline started when other kids started to outplay #8 and he started to realize that he was no longer top 2 or 3 player on the team. It was his way of dealing with it. He has to bring the room down cause he's no longer needed. Team was winning and other Guys putting up points and he wasnt happy about that. Now Mom keeps calling coach to remind him that he needs to play the kid and make.changes with the lines etc etc.

Why would 8’leave a team where he gets unlimited ice and zero consequence for poor play and zero teamwork? No brainer to me

Moving to a team that has better players. He’s outgrown CRC. Such petty little OMHA players.

OVR changing and loading up too. Open borders shaking up big time. Oakville is next to Mississauga which is perfect.

For years post-U14 flow was out of Oakville to the G. Now it’s reversing. Oakville has wisely treated this as a biz and marketed appropriately. Very smart. U16 aaa coach’s phone has been ringing from G fams. Those that are serious about making the draft.
