2008 GTHL A WEST
Re: 2008 GTHL A WEST
If there is no trainer on bench then you just use other teams trainer or did they not roster a trainer all season?
Re: 2008 GTHL A WEST
I hope the AE can provide sound evidence and defend section 9.15 guidance. If they had to rely on a parent to watch the bench it would have been for the safety of the kids or perhaps the parent was required to monitor their kid for health reasons.Guest wrote: ↑Sat Mar 11, 2023 8:27 am If there is no trainer on bench then you just use other teams trainer or did they not roster a trainer all season?
Re: 2008 GTHL A WEST
How do we know the ref was not made aware during the game? why is this coming out now? Would the wolverines have pulled this stunt if they had not tied for 8th spot? Feels a little desperate if you ask me. Hopefully the evidence AE puts forward can rule and overturn the decision.Guest wrote: ↑Sat Mar 11, 2023 8:27 am If there is no trainer on bench then you just use other teams trainer or did they not roster a trainer all season?
How desperate was the Wolverines coach to pull this stunt again? What a pathetic piece of $#!T

My understanding is that if there is no trainer on the bench you request to share the other team’s trainer. If they deny then you have to forfeit. However, the conventional etiquette is that the trainer of the other team agrees such that the game goes on. To protest is to go against that etiquette and the definition of Sportsmanship.Guest wrote: ↑Sat Mar 11, 2023 8:27 am If there is no trainer on bench then you just use other teams trainer or did they not roster a trainer all season?

The only problem I see is if the wolves coaching staff was not asked. If so then ae is at fault.

Re: 2008 GTHL A WEST
So after they tie the game they decide to not share the trainer? That's pathetic for a coach to have waited until the 11th hour to pull this get out of jail free card. I wouldn't blame the parents of the Wolves as they are just following in the lead of the ring master.Guest wrote: ↑Sat Mar 11, 2023 11:16 amWell said. In other words. What is pathetic is that AE is still a topic of discussion in this thread. Both AE and TW are irrelevant in this loop FFS!!!Guest wrote: ↑Sat Mar 11, 2023 12:19 pmThat's called an understandable mistake.
