You have the controller dads, that volunteer to be the coaches b.itch/ pay the $ for the perks, and the “my son should be first line pp” family that hates those families and causes the kids to also fight. The controller/volunteer b.itch families tell coach that they have to cut that family.
That family ends up getting cut as a result of the controller dad and then the cut family brings the chaos to forum, sending emails, trying to get the coach fired, talking s.hit to everyone that will listen… It has happened on all 3 of my kids teams almost every single season.
Both of those types of family are cancers in minor hockey, so stay clear of them. I learned that you should be very careful of who you say things to, so many back stabbers and untrustworthy people around.
