The 3on3 with balanced teams is her bread and butter. Its solid hockey, typically fun for the kids. Early on Dr.Watts and the crew would try to stack their teams so they won every time - but I think she has put a stop to it.
She needs to stick to this stuff. Make your money providing fun, competitive ice for U6-U9.
Where she fell apart is when her lack of hockey knowledge became exposed - Super unprofessional and people she put in place are no better.
Stop with the spring team non-sense. Even her biggest supporters talked a lot of shit about the spring tryouts. They were a PURE money grab, unprofessionally done, with too many kids on a terrible ice surface with unqualified "helpers".
Stop with the buying GTHL team and turning it to hot garbage with unqualified coaching, unprofessional practices, and crap players.
Stick to your lane, you will receive less hate and you might actually keep your business afloat for a while if you did.

Team is made up of the best player from Mustang, Aces, and Oakville. Solid defense core with size. Goalie from tier 1 EOYK.
