PHD came out on top.
What happened to HB and LA. Nowhere to be found this weekend.

Watched the TBD PHD game yesterday.

Full disclaimer I'm not a parent of any of the kids but allegiances vary slightly to PHD.

TBD were better than I thought. Game was closer than the final score. Looked like they were going to win in the first. TBD were way bigger and probably slightly better skaters. That team is built for contact. No one really stood out for good play. 88 stood out for being undisciplined. Took 3 sticking penalties when the game was close.
PHD was way more skilled. Some of those kids have handles. 13 and 5 look like future NHL players. As for the rest time will tell.

You could tell a lot of those players are used to being the best player on the ice and need to figure out how to play with teammates as hero hockey won't be as effective at this level.

You clearly didn't watch the right age group and should stick to pickleball. PHD dominated the game start to finish and TBD looked like the sens in the GTHL.

TBD D are not great , goalie is weak and nobody can score. Detroit ran through them so did PHD. ML your coaching is sub par and I fear for those kid as garbage cans start to fly in the room.

A great build for both teams. My question is how these kids will ever come down from the Brick experience. The crowds, the autograph signing, the competition, the teammates, the coaching, the status of being a 'Brick' kid. It will be like coming off the 4 Nations Cup or coming off the Stanley Cup Finals for the Pros .. everything else will seem meaningless.

Who goes where?
Who is losing their top players?
Who is chasing brick and going to Marlies?
JRC losing their top player
WW losing a couple ? Where are they going.
TRW is all OMHA

MHR = TMZ
Are they the top kids from YSE and the other centre going to TRW? Or are they the second tier kids whose parents think they should have had more ice..
TRW are getting half the Ajax/pickering team, and 4 forwards from Northshore.
Sounds like they will be just as bad as this year.
Someone players are in for a complete surprise when they realize what this was all about. $$$$$
This is the first crack in the friendship group. its all about to implode soon
Hard lessons learned here, but this could spell the end the for one might dev group, or so they thought. The back stabbing is crazy and may a new white board is needed.
Some of the new TRW parents already asking for a way out and want to leave. I did not expect this to start so fast. Will NS go with one extra?

Plan to cut a bunch of slugs before the actual tournament and see if they can buy a few more kids from PHD?

The TBD and PHD game wasn’t closer then Then the score go watch live barn, the TBD team is as bad as there tacky jackets…11k for them so I hope they keep the receipts so they can write it off as the worlds worst advertisements. Should use that money to pay for a real coach.

ML/GL such a turnoff that they had to go begging around AA for players after the tryout had them come up short.
