MNS 27–12
FT 19-11
MB 17-20

One of these teams is not like the other two …
I will repeat myself, the changes on D for MNS give them such a potent advantage over the rest of the league. 1-6 are solid unlike last year they really only had the top 2 who they could rely on. Those 2 are now a pairing and might just be the top 2 D in the loop.

Upfront they have brought in some very very strong talent.

Goalie is as solid as they come.

No weak links in the lineup

They won a tourney this weekend without even holding a team practice yet. Wait to see this team in October.

MNS=Problem!

You've all been warned.

2 of the Klevr kids who left MNS last year prior to the league deadline were on the Fast hockey team that beat the MB yesterday lmao. MB lost to a bunch of 2016s lol

Maybe MNS’s defense is solid and the goalies are good—hard to say. But that night, Beast was super relaxed, without structured team play and even the head coach was absent. yet still managed to score 3 or 4 goals mostly through individual skill.

Beast’s forwards were noticeably faster, more creative, and more powerful than your defense. More than once, a single forward skated through 2–3 defenders—where normally, you’d expect defenders to shut that down 9 times out of 10. In the corners, our forwards often left your D’s scrambling or even down on the ice.

That said, your attack is still good as well as general physical conditions, though 2-3 goals were scored when we had 3-4 kids on ice. Nevertheless #19 stands out, #12 brings good speed, and #10 isn’t bad either. If you think it’s right to a team of 10 year olds to be built around 1 kid, it’s up to you. But general rule it’s good only for that kid (sometimes but not always) and coach as it gives quick results for a while.
Crazy MB parent on hand.

Curious to hear when MNS had 3 defenders on the ice, multiple times at that. That’s some voodoo coaching right there.
why stop at 3 the MB forwards skated through all 5 MNS D, same shift and everything bro

Same generally goes for VP/VR . We havent seen any of them yet but theyll be in the mix too no doubt

Any dark horses? TW? WML?
You MB people are really something, first inventing a rivalry with FT who correct me if I’m wrong you never beat ever and now with MNS after you ended up 6th (of 7) in a tourney they won. This isn’t just clowning, it’s bringing the whole circus.

(Some) MNS parents are so insecure. Inventing themselves any explanation just to avoid acknowledging reality. That is funny. But beware kids are picking up your mentality. Only a team with a looser mentality could turn a 3-goal lead (most of it handed to you on a power play) into a tie. Truly impressive. Meanwhile, it takes actual mental strength to bounce back after getting knocked down.
But hey, your reactions to wins and losses really say it all.

You mentioned a kid who left Beast for AAA but still chose to come back and play a tournament with Beast. Meanwhile, an MNS kid who went AAA chose to play with a different team in the same tournament and never look back. That says a lot—about the teams, the atmosphere, and what really matters to players.
That’s exactly why some kids choose Beast over MNS, regardless of how good Adam is.

Again, MNS D improved after they were poached. Good things happen to good people!

Yeah MNS would rather play and develope the players who choose to stay with them. It says alot about them.

Says even more about an MB team who needs a kid who walked away from them for a Spring Hockey Tourney eating up minutes of kids who want to be on the team. I know what tram I'd rather be on!

Lol yaaaaaaaa ok pal

Not sure what game you were watching. MNS was up 4-1 and then got bored. Your AAA kid didnt touch the puck all game. Your D is soft other than the big kid. Your forwards other than the kid you lost to OMHA AAA are slow and not very creative. Hopefully we see you again with our full squad as a couple kids were missing.

East parents gone make your own thread!
Sometimes the score isn’t reflective of gameplay

MNS outshot MB 32-14 and that total is being generous to MB.

If it was just one game, I wouldn’t read too much into it.

But that shot count aligns with the other results we saw from MB throughout the weekend.
