That's awesome AAA ,not all kids are ready.
Look for a AA team that you will get ice time.
Lots of teams still looking for players.

Because these kids are realizing that they are not making the NHL, they are quitting or playing down and focusing on their education. I’d say that’s a pretty solid move.

Who wants to pay 15K to sit on a AAA bench.
Lol
Lots of AA teams out there looking for players and have
Fun.

Lmao AAA , OHL top 20 kids will have a shot, and still
Hard to make it.

USA
EUROPEAN hockey are far a head with 1000 kids and high talent and still have a tough time to make it.

Well parents have pipe dreams for their kids !

The only parents that keep trying to make the show dream happen are the ones who think their kid has no other options but making the show happen isn’t very realistic

AA kids are getting cut from A teams. I know of a few. From VR and TR. Best part is that both or at least one is still looking for players. Guess coaches are being picky even at A?! Lol

Not surprising that AA players are getting cut at A. The draft year is done, and AA is the worst level to play now, as you don’t get any benefit. You’re not in AAA and you’re just taking damage in AA, meanwhile the hockey in A is better then AA and you’re less likely to get hurt. The most important aspect is that you also have more time for school in A, which is crucial now that the 2009 group is going into grade 11.

My kid don’t need school or good grades, he’s making the show.
