OK, I'm a Brick Newbie. My question, did you take your kid out to Edmonton in advance of the tournament. I am thinking a separate trip in the next couple of weeks to get him climatized to the City, Altitude difference, do some skates, get an exhibition game in .. and link with an Oilers game. Many of the parents have already been to the Brick and took their kid as sibling played. Others took kid and weren't even in the tournament last year.
Honestly, I have never been to Edmonton and feeling that Brick is such a massive difference from anything played in Ontario that I need to prepare myself and kid for the adjustment. Thoughts?

I wouldn’t be to proud about bragging you being a TBD, there “elite” brick team had a cpl lucky goals on a non brick team with only 4D and 7 forwards. The whole time Massimo yelling at the kids was priceless he was nervous. Stay in your lane RR or GL enjoy your third liners. DMF is all in with BM happy to have him!
I think whoever wrote this original comment needs to take a long hard deep look into the mirror.. your shitting on this dad for putting together a spring hockey team with his 10 year son and buddies to play some competitive hockey? Maybe he did get cut from your bulldogs team.. who cares? Sounds like only you do and sounds like your obsessed with him and it’s pathetic.. if he wanted good easy hockey for his kid I’m sure he would have not chosen this bracket.. they knew what they were up against and shitting on him for that is hilarious.. You bulldogs parents have serious issues and should all seek mental help.. you are obsessed with this talk and slander young kids yet the biggest bunch of puppies there is.. your destroying your kids lining the pockets of the LaMacchias and doing nothing for your kids development.. looking from the outside in jokes on your losers.. you’ll all be stabbing each others backs soon enough and have to act friends for an entire season as a marlie.. :lol: :lol:

Going back to the post earlier from WF parent about the brick...it's an experience. It doesn't determine anything. I personally don't care at all about how a player landed on a team. You shouldn't either. It doesn't matter. None of this matters. Is TR an elite player? Of course not. But what is the point in saying this?
