Most top teams have not fully committed to their roster. They are waiting until after AAA tryouts to see who doesn’t get a spot and has to drop down. If you are a AA player still looking around you will get stuck with a bottom 6 team if you don’t get committed this week.

All AAA teams are already made.

Tryouts are just a formality.

Not entirely true. Some say the same for AA but there are always spots.

The toros are looking for players
terriers, toros, beast and of course all the bottom teams like wm st dd
I was at a Terrier skate a few weeks ago they seem to have a pretty good group, They only had one spot remaining from what i was told, they don't seem eager to fill it

MB on top and the rest play for second.

So called “super teams” rarely work out as you have too many primadonnas and inflated ego parents and all comes crashing down by Christmas.

Discussions around the league suggest the following is happening, which likely means kids around this weekend looking to catch on to the final spots on each team:

Full Rebuild

-GT Caps
-Wolverines
-West Mall
-Rangers

Significant changes:

-Toros
-Streetsville

Business as usual:

-Everyone else

Most teams are changing over 5 kids or more. If you consider that a rebuild then more teams are on the list.

Are "significant changes" a good thing or bad? I cant imagine ST will be drastically improved, but would be curious to hear what others have to say.

Are TW and WM going to improve at all? I am hoping the botton end of this division can improve a little bit so that the top teams do not have so many meaningless games. It is really a shame to have so many non competitive teams and hoping that can turn around a bit. Thanks
