I would agree. The rats came back stronger in the second half and cudos to the coach for the mini camps in making the team more explosive.
Caps are headed downward for a few games now. May even jeopardize their playoff spot. They got lucky with a few wins when the team actually played a hockey system. But yesterday’s performance was lathargic. Looks like there back to pond hockey.
Beast will need to push through these next few games. All that hockey over the holidays and half the team with the flu is not helping.

I am not a rats dad but I will say that even though the beast were missing 2 defencmen. I do not see them scoring 5 goals to make it a 5-5 game. The rats truly out played them especially in the 2nd and 3rd period. And have seem to turn things around.
