They’re not on here pointing fingers at anyone. The only people that seem to have a problem with them are the know-it-all loudmouths like you that aren’t even on the team that have the remarkable ability to always predict the winners of the Super Bowl… on Monday.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2025 10:31 pmAbsolutely they should have been scouting. Did they even watch one GTHL U10 game before they took their kid out to tryouts? It’s called do your homework, know the level of competition and honestly assess where their kid fits in. Pointing fingers at everyone else after the season starts doesn’t cut it. The onus is first and foremost on the parents to make realistic decisions.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2025 7:05 pmAll this sh-tting on the parents is bs. How would they have known that the team was going to be this bad? You think that mom and dad have been scouting Klevr, CDS and the NYHL over the past year? There’s no HockeyDB on 9 year olds. It’s a crap shoot in the bottom four or so teams, you never know how good or bad they are until the season starts.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2025 3:26 pmWhat exactly do you mean by "competitive balance" and "looking out for all the kids"? Are you seriously suggesting that players should be randomly scattered across teams just to make everyone feel better? Is this about fostering competition, or are you pushing some misguided agenda of equality of outcome? Let me guess, you are a retarded self identifying "progressive".Guest wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2025 3:04 pmGood to hear some empathy .. thank you. However, AAA hockey should mean 'leadership' when it comes to hockey. I would think teams should/parents be looking out for all kids in the loop and not just their kid or their team. I am starting to wonder about how much loyalty the families have towards a team or creating competitive balance in a loop?Guest wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2025 2:08 pmIt's an unfortunate situation. Agreed. Every team is on the ice 4 times a week at a minimum. If you are that far behind then the only way to begin to close the gap is more training, individually and collectively. Doing what everyone is doing isn't going to help. Sorry, again that's on the parents.
Let’s talk about TRW: they have absolutely no business being in AAA. They’re a bottom-tier team that wouldn’t even rank in the top three in AA. This isn’t a knock on the kids—they’re just 9 years old and doing their best. The real blame lies with their parents, whose delusional choices have set them up for failure.

Any parent that took their kid to a TRW skate last year and decided to stay got what they deserved. There are multiple kids on that team that literally cannot skate, and who would struggle to make a AA team.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2025 7:44 amThey’re not on here pointing fingers at anyone. I feel bad for the kids. Not the parents.

Exactly! We have no issue with Reps .. the issue is with VK and DMF pumping in 14 goals. We have no issue with team, coaches, logistics, choices. The real issue is control the score .. stop scoring past 5 goals! That is the issue!Guest wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2025 9:12 am Reps only beat them last night 2-0.
