ST does not have a #1 goalie
Should not be hard to take over any of the 2 kids if your goalie is slightly above average

Father of the one who is slightly worse will be team's head coach and I won't be surprising if wants to give his son as much play time as possible. The one that is slightly better could leave as a result. But you should talk to that coach first to understand his vison. Another problem is the defence. very weak, they have only 1 really strong D and 1 or 2 average. If the strong kid decides to go to AAA, goalkeepers will have to deal with dozens of shots every game.
VR have crazy coaching staff a lot of politics in decision making and also poor defence. Sometimes coaches take emotional decisions that can impact kids morale and self esteem. Think twice before joining them.
FT is just a weak team with nervous parents and underachieving kids.
On the other hand WML. At the moment it's a team that won only once in 2 seasons, but at the same time kids are developing in a good and supportive environment. The team is balanced. If goalie position is strengthened, the team will start earning points very quickly. There will be zero pressure on goalie. At the same time WML is not a top team, so a goalie will have a lot of practice, but good cooperation with defence.

However, if your kid is strong enough and is not afraid of competition, you can ask TW, MB and MT if they have spots.

Heard from a few different goalie parents that they are open to going to skates. Always worth reaching out.
Let the new season fun begin

By the sounds and looks of it all AA teams need one to two new goalies for next year.

Thanks for the comments. For the teams possibly looking for a goalie, how would ppl rank the teams from top to bottoms for parents to reach out in order ?

Do yourself a favour and call the coach directly and try to get some feedback from families you might know. Also go to a team that will give you good goalie coach training. From what I hear there is only one team that spends a good portion of budget on goalie training with a real goalie trainer.
