How's it going with the whole registration process and new OHF VSC system?

I feel bad for the volunteer league coordinators. As a coach it's a pain - and I'm on the more tech savvy side of things. The coordinators have to patiently follow up with everyone...IMO messier than it needs to be for sure with OHF now also part of the process you need to go through

Agree, it shouldn’t take 150 clicks for coaches to upload one or two files and what a nightmare for the registrars.

This whole thing is crap. I submitted my VSS last season and the league is asking me to do it again through the OHF. I understand they want to centralize everything, but roll out the system after many months of testing and fix the majority of the bugs before releasing it to the public.

Too much red tape and hurdles to coach these days. Sport Activity Leader, Gender Identity & Expression Course, Hockey University Checking, Hockey University Modules (HU-Online 1/2), VSC Certificate, VSC Declaration, Rowans Law. And that still doesn't get you on the bench. You need C2 for U11 and below and D1 or HP1 for anything above. Navigating Spordle is a sh*t show.
