VK beats NYR 3 straight games, a team that's never lost 3 in a row, then limps into Sudbury with sick, suspended and injured players and you're excited that Barrie beat them by a slim margin? Get your head out of your ass. What happened earlier in the season when they lost to VK in a final? VK wins OHFs with a full lineup and it isn't close.

Barrie may have barely beat VK, but North Bay beat them 5-2 and Chatham smacked them 8-2

VK is a streaky team. Missing a kid who would have scored a tonne for them. They also lost to NYR multiple times by 5 or more. Then beat them 3 STRAIGHT. They were not a top team, but won against the TRUE Best team when it mattered. They are a big team and adding a kid who is going to be the best player in the league.

And who is that?

That's what everyone says. TT is getting the best incoming player - D from NB. If you can't say who is coming to VK no one believes it.

NB D man had 3 pts a game in OHF... as a defensemen. Scored. With mediocre forwards. He is the real deal. There are alot of players outside of the G.

They will be coming to the GTA in next few years. Alot
of current "studs" will be 3rd plugs by U16. Especially the ones with short unathletic parents

The 2012 age group is pretty weak. This kid is a great player and 1 of maybe 2-3 players in the age group (Canada and US) that I wound call legit players

The 2012 age group is pretty weak. This kid is a great player and 1 of maybe 2-3 players in the age group (Canada and US) that I wound call legit players

My kid is a 2012 and I completely agree with this
Age group set back from Covid and 1/2 ice garbage. Will be the weakest draft year you will ever see.

Literally not one exceptional kid.
Maybe at u16 an overall talented athlete will emerge but at this point not one. Keep blowing your money on the dream.

... he had 3 POINTS a game as a DEFENSE. Vs all the best teams in Ontario....which is what OHF is.
He is a legit prospect already.
You have all these NYR, JRC TM type defense dads, that get defensive when someone talks positively about a kid.
There is not one D in this league who can score like he does from the point.

I also think that the 2012 age group is actually pretty strong talent wise in Ontario, especially the G. Look at the records from the top teams from the US.

some may say, Well CJR are the best, well thats a Brick team... we have 3-4 teams that are very close and if we picked a super team from only the GTHL, they would destroy CJR
