The coach took several kids that others had passed on or hesitated on and made them into a top team. One has gone to a top AAA team (in the G). Others could have similarly moved up, but chose to remain due to the compelling coaching and environment.

Culture is key to the success. An emphasis on accountability over entitlement. That may not work for all kids, but it clearly did for most and the group as a whole. Even more importantly, the work ethic and the values instilled by the coaches are ones that will benefit the MNS kids for decades to come. Not just in sport, but in life.

They knocked MB out of playoffs and lost 2-1 in West Final vs FT

Trust me when I tell you...2025-2026 MNS will be a problem!

D is not as important at this age - it’s who can score the most goals. FT offense will overpower all.

Out of 2 Vaughan teams VR are on a better track. Initially in NYHL I thought that they will end up in A, while what is now VP was very competitive against AAA calibre teams. Right now VR are probably better than VP

FT (unsophisiticated coach)
MNS (can't beat MB or FT except in a blue moon)
VP (good but not inspired)
VR (good but no studs)
DD (Chico's snake oil got a couple of reasonable commits)

The rest will have to do the play-in.
