Battalion Trampled by Colts Despite Shot Advantage, Wakely Reunion Loss

Post by OHLNewsbot »

Is No names McIvor's shaky performance a sign of things to come or just a bad night The North Bay Battalion outshot the Barrie Colts 41-28 but still lost 5-2. Five goals against on 21 shots resulted in McIvor being pulled. Does this raise concerns about goaltending depth for the Battalion Should we expect a shakeup in net moving forward

The return of Dalyn Wakely and Shamar Moses to North Bay created an interesting dynamic. While Moses scored, Wakely was in the penalty box during the play. How much of an impact will these former Battalion players have on this rivalry moving forward Will the trade ultimately benefit both teams or leave one side regretting the move

A disallowed goal due to goaltender interference sparked controversy. Was the call correct Does this highlight the need for clearer rules or better officiating when it comes to plays around the net How can the league ensure these calls are made consistently and fairly

The Battalion dominated in shots but failed to capitalize. Does this point to a bigger issue with offensive execution Are they lacking finish or are they facing exceptionally strong goaltending What adjustments need to be made to convert those shots into goals

With Parker Vaughan involved in trade rumours, how would his potential acquisition impact either the Battalion or the 67s Would he be the missing piece for a championship run or simply another player in the system Which team needs him more
