it would be more fun to talk about the 2014 coach. for crc. the whole organization is a joke.

I don't know much about the 2014 age group but I agree the organization is a joke but with open boarders next year it will get worse for all CRC teams they will only get players that are chasing the extra letter.

He is a lunatic. Big anger problems. The crc organization is a joke for keeping someone like this.

SO Coach DM has continued his playoff loosing record from JR B going 0-4 (soon to be 0-6) this year.

His line combinations have been baffling all year. He should read a book on what type of players complement each other.

Not 1 player is returning next year and not because the good old coach has made that decision but because no one wants to come back to CRC and DM.

I hear he has offered a number of Oakville AA players spots and even they are turning him down

IF you want to play for a coach that offers ZERO development, ZERO off ice training, shows up 30 mins before games (when he shows up) cuts practices early DM is your guy.

Next years prediction is a 50+ ranking on MYR

And what of the 2011 AAA team? All the Oakville kids heading back home?

not sure about the 2011 team but all but 2 of the teams are bad

In fairness to the kids they did get a pair of playoff points by forcing Hamilton & Bruce to OT.

DM is similar to a compulsive gambler. Won once (as parachute coach) lost everything else. Doesn’t know when to walk away from the table. Family gave up & moved on.

How is the development at CRC ?

When not 1 of your existing players is returning that speaks volumes about the coach.

1. Player selection was horrible. Signed players that would struggle at the AA level.
2. Slow and limited amount of drills in practice lots of wasted time
3. Zero player correction.
4. Bench management. This was the worst part of it all. Line combinations changed every 5 minutes with no thought process on what players complement each other.
5. Coaches attendance. DM missed more games then I remember including a tournament. They would show up 30 mins before a game but expect the players there 75 minutes before?
6. Texts both goalies at the start of the playoffs to let them know they will not be coming back next year.

This guy is a good salesman. he will tell you everything you want to hear when he needs something but will not respond to you when he doesn't .

This team will be filled with AA players next year and his selling point will be that they are brining in the VKs backup goalie. But ask yourself WHY would you leave a team that just won the GTHL AAA to go to credit river?

Next year will be a fun year for the 2012 Credit river team.

DM has no one returning and has been begging middle pack AA kids to join. A bunch of the Oakville AA team declined after he invited the whole team to his skates

Lucky for him all the top players are going to the G so the league quality will be a bit lower but they will still get blown out all year

I would put the over/under at 5 wins this year.

If it were not for DM this CRC age group would have folded. Was the only coach willing to put up with the parent group.

With more knowledge of the loop and open borders the team will only improve from here on out.

DM has a proven track record of taking kids to the draft.
