How come there are no standings yet for the new season.. AAA season started last week and still nothing. A/AA starts today and nothing either for any age group?

because they are not good at their overvalued jobs, and honestly, I doubt they care.

Full week into season and still nothing.. Glad all the registration money is going to a good cause..

I just go to Minor Hockey Rankings to check while GTHL gets their act together on their standings...

Still missing games from over a week ago and no standings. They can’t blame Covid anymore so it’s just incompetence.

I just go to Minor Hockey Rankings to check while GTHL gets their act together on their standings...

Yeah but many games don't get recorded on there. Also you get teams that don't report exhibition games, tournament games...its a good idea but not 100% reliable. Maybe they don't want to hurt their ranking? Maybe they just don't bother? Anyway, GTHL should really get it's act together with scores and standings, its not hard.

Why are not the early bird tournaments flowing into MyHockey Rankings?

Why are not the early bird tournaments flowing into MyHockey Rankings?

Was your EarlyBird tourney on electronic games sheets or paper? I believe paper needs to be manually entered into MyHockeyRankings. Hopefully someone champions the cause and starts entering scores.

You’re missing the point. First it has all G results whether or not they are posted on the G site. So right away it’s better than what the G offers. Add in tournament games and exhibition is gravy, makes in 100% more reliable regardless of whether it’s complete or not.

Re MyHockey Rankings. There are division volunteers entering the scores and MHR makes mention for Tournament volunteers. It's not a perfect science for sure. Especially some tournaments don't have great online results for volunteers to find. They might have private online links for just participating teams. In which case there might be some holes. You really just need every team make sure they post their results.

Exhibitions, same thing, those scores weren't posted to a public site, so it requires someone from one of those two teams to actually post an official score.

I'm in a agreement with the point of this thread. It's ridiculous they are having so much trouble getting a simply thing as Standings up to date. It's not like they've switched to a new system or anything. Maybe she should just switch to Game Sheet Inc. (No - I don't work for Game Sheet Inc.)
