If you're referring to the U14 team, the Head Coach has zero clue what he is doing! Not sure why our organization keeps hiring this guy? He runs terrible practices, not sure he has a "game plan" because his structure during game action was nonexistent last year, his bench management was....well, nonexistent as well! Very long & frustrating year last year watching my kid get coached by this guy There must be other coaches out there with more knowledge & experience than this guy or is he hired because he is a puppet for the organization?

Hold on U14 parents you are in for along season next year, mark my words! I really feel sorry for the kids as they deserve so much more.

I'm sure there are other coaches out there, but did they apply? Do they want to coach with this organization? It's hard because the organization wants non-parent coaches at the older ages, unless you are the U15s who didn't have a coach and they brought in a parent. Good luck lol

I'm sure there are other coaches out there, but did they apply? Do they want to coach with this organization? It's hard because the organization wants non-parent coaches at the older ages, unless you are the U15s who didn't have a coach and they brought in a parent. Good luck lol

Good answer or statement! Yes there is way better coaches out there, the board should be recruiting as KAMHA did! I'm a parent of the show MP put on last year & let me tell you - absolute garbage year! I will say again, Good Luck U14 because you're going to need it.
