GK executive puts no effort into finding "professional" non-parent coaching, you can see that in the higher levels in our organization - on the other hand DC has stepped up to coach when no one else would and has proven to have a great record

Wish the team was number one priority. But it clearly is not. Will be our last season with Gaels if DC is back next season.

Did DC really step up to coach. Or bully the original coaches the past two seasons to the point they hit the road before the season even started. Must be an easier way to go than going through the coaching application process. The 13 group within the province is weak as a whole. Two players should not be enough to carry a team but it seems to work.

It doesn't matter who applies to coach - it comes down to what's best for who's on the executive - CD ran out the U12 COACH SH , not DC.
There were many good candidates - that had no chance in hell.

No it won’t. You’ll be back next year chasing that 3rd A

Chasing a 3rd A. Not even close. Depth cart and skill level will keep us away from that opportunity. We haven't been with the team that many years. Big disappointment for sure.

Snip snip…. It is ok, you will have more fun in AA if you make it
Ok coach you one hit wonder!
Kingston will be just fine this year. Mid pack, big improvement over last years U18 team. Moved out non effective 07's and didn't carry any dead weight 08's.

How's the progress with the team now? Lost another player. Best of luck this weekend.

Well considering DC coaches the U12 AAA yes a U13 AA might be able to beat them. But the only team that has a done anything last yr and from the looks of it this yr. Is the DC coached U12 team

Our success comes from one or two kids. Not the coach. Coaching this team would be easy. Having a couple players that are better than most others in the league makes it easy. But not against QRD. We got embarrassed. Team game versus individual game. Team 8 Individual 0. Parent coaches are not interested in team play. They're only in the position for one thing.
