Pretty much covered it. What is a tryout passport though?

- be at rinks every night all over the area looking at players; send the money man to find the parents and recruit the kids they want
- confirm kids are 12 month players and not doing other sports; no cottage; not vacations

Parents will:
- decommit at the last moment
- blast team and coaches once they find out their kid is not returning
- want hockey 12 months a year
- complain hockey is often
- complain prices have skyrocketed
- remind everyone that there are no kids from their kids school/area that are on the team
