Penticton Vees to the WHL: A Blessing or a Curse?

So, the rumors are swirling: the Penticton Vees, a BCHL powerhouse, might be jumping ship to the WHL. This has massive implications, and I’m curious what everyone thinks.

Is this a good move for the Vees? Will they thrive in a more competitive league, or will they get swallowed up? What kind of impact will this have on the BCHL, especially after their split from Hockey Canada? Losing a consistent top-drawing team like the Vees has to sting.

What about the Kelowna Rockets? How will they react to another WHL team encroaching on their territory? Will this spark a new rivalry?
