What is OMhA planning to set the limit to?

Our AA OMHA organization has told us we can take as many kids as we want from outside our area as we want. No limit.

Don't think that is an OMHA thing... I believe they are leaving it up to the organization to set limits.

Import limits will be set by the individual org not OMHA. I am sure some will cap the number of imports similar to the NRP limit.

if that were true, why would players want to go to an org struggling to develop kids already?

Organization is telling the current players they are not good enough....therefore I want potentially better players to come in.

Heard Aurora, South Simcoe and Stouffville are taking this approach.

OMHA is not going to set limits, but the YSMHL is trying to keep the peace in their loops. It will all fall apart when a team like Barrie or Newmarket hires an unpopular coach and there is a mass exodus at 1 age level (as an example, I don't know that they would or have). Free market is free market. I would expect most loops to fold from 12 AA teams, to 7 or 8 as they won't be competitive.
