Despite what you may think the world doesnt revolve around the 2015s . The emc coach mentor is jason williams. He picks ALL the coaches not just your precious 2015. Williams is very calculated conniving and political - he is no ones friend- avery noticed what a douche kiss aZz this guy was long before he came to elgin. What can a hillbilly from Belmont do for Jwilliam? He will do the right thing for the players, but Chad makes the calls. If williams buddy was up against the hillbilly then the hillbilly would be gone. Williams throws the scraps to chad - but if someone he needs is in the mix he picks him - even if its the worst thing he could do for the kids.
