Think you may have the wrong JW. The current 2015 coach has a last name of Wallace and I would go out on a limb to say that it's him and not Jason Williams..........

Despite what you may think the world doesnt revolve around the 2015s . The emc coach mentor is jason williams. He picks ALL the coaches not just your precious 2015. Williams is very calculated conniving and political - he is no ones friend- avery noticed what a douche kiss aZz this guy was long before he came to elgin. Williams is picking his buddies based on what they can do for him - not whats good for elgin.
The other jw is a perfect example.

What can a hillbilly from Belmont do for Jwilliam? He will do the right thing for the players, but Chad makes the calls. They won’t give 2015JW the team again no one has a good thing to say about that coaching

If williams buddy was up against the hillbilly then the hillbilly would be gone. Williams throws the scraps to chad - but if someone he needs is in the mix he picks him - even if its the worst thing he could do for the kids. He Doesnt care about the kids on his team or yours - just his politics.
