They will have to cut half their roster and recruit heavily if they plan on icing a competitive team in that division.

I think this is still being worked out. Avs had AA & A listed on their site but now the AA is gone and a dead link. This could be on hold because of open borders. And with no talk anywhere that means the entire team moves up and we saw how that worked out for EE. Let's see how this pans out in the next couple of weeks.
