Boys, remember. If you make this tourney you have a shot at getting drafted. Perfect example: 2017-18 EC97 on MS. He got drafted to EO in the 6th round. He wasn’t on anyone’s radar. Had a big performance and got drafted ended up having a good career on the EO and now plays on PEI.

Anyone know if any of there is any way to bet on the OHL cup games? Looking for something more mainstream like bet365.

Why the hell do Thunder Bay get a free spot in this... they are obviously not even a top 20 team.

They just got crushed by a Marlies team that struggled all year. 9-0... Surely the spot could have went to some more deserving team.

Thunder Bay spent their season playing against AA teams ( u18) and were never gonna win a wildcard game, does anyone know the actual reason why they get a play in spot?
Lots of G teams battled hard all year for an OHL cup spot while the TB team was hiding out in a AA loop

Yes but atleast Myers lost to Jrc who are a top 3 GTHL team. And it was 3-2 going into the 3rd.

Myers coach is a joke, wasted trip to get hammered by a mid-pack team. JRC are no longer a top 3 team, lost to TRW.

I was looking at the scores and saw niagara won against oakville in triple overtime. later today sun county ties eastern canada cyclones in 1 overtime! Why did one game go to 3 overtimes and one game ends in a tie?

Who is TPH and why are they in every OHL cup. Obviously a prep school of some kind but who do they play in a regular season? why include them in ohl cup?
