It sounds like a BS, but actually happening. Check out what are 2019 parents doing. 5/6 times a week is normal. Let’s stop pretending. If your kid was born in 2019 and isn’t already in a structured elite training environment, he’s already behind. That’s not dramatic. That’s just math.
I’ve got 5-year-olds running edgework patterns in weighted vests, stickhandling through traffic cones at 6am, and breaking down game tape before most kids figure out how to tie their skates. Meanwhile your kid is chasing bubbles in a Learn to Play jersey wondering why no scouts are calling.
This is why I started the 2019 ApexEdge AAA Prep Stream. We’re not here for snack breaks and orange slices. We’re here to build habits, hardwiring elite behaviors into the next generation of pro-caliber players before their permanent teeth even come in.
Parents ask me all the time if it’s too early to commit. No. It’s too late to hesitate. AAA isn’t about talent. It’s about reps, mindset, and bankrolling the grind. If you’re not investing in private skills, mobility coaching, mindset seminars, and pre-scouting portfolios by 6 years old, what are we even doing here

Spots are limited and we filter out anyone still talking about “having fun first.” Fun is winning. Fun is being first-line center. Fun is the NHL.
Train early. Train elite. Or get out of the way.

Poster was making fun of all of you who take diaper hockey so seriously. 2019 Kids are in SK. Let them Not allowed have fun. You guys need to stop taking yourselves so seriously and get a life outside the rink...Guest wrote: ↑Tue Mar 25, 2025 5:31 pmIt sounds like a BS, but actually happening.
