Hi, we are going to tryout GTHL this year and played OMHA for last two years. Understanding most teams are already assembled and will only have 1 or 2 spots available for tryouts. My kids are mid AA team, can anyone recommend what teams (preferably East Loop) would be worth a try? Looking at great coaches, great development and overall good team environment. Thanks!

Faustina needs to improve their defence a lot if they’re planning on making it through in the west next year.

They made it through this year in the west, lost 2-1 today. They are a good team if they return most of their players.

Yeah, get a grip ppl.
Congrats to the toros and north Toronto. Two good teams battling it out. The kids and coaches should be proud! On to next year!

I heard that they are turning over 40% of their skaters.

They are. Some were cut and others saw the writing on the wall. They will have a lot of turnover. Picking like somebody who knows no hockey - is this kid better than that kid not is this kid going to fit my team better.

MNS I understand is also making a few changes but not as many. Tho they have 3-4 kids of A caliber.

VP is very hush hush somebody open up please

Bold prediction: the top and bottom teams in regular season will be the same in the west.

Why do you keep coming on here and bash their goalie? Seems personal. Their goalie was good.

Agreed - played them 3x - goalie looked decent.
