Who are the marlies and JRC’s second goalies?? Is there still a space for a kid to make it?
JRC is set. The Marlies won't really know anything until brick aftermath blow out and how many de-commits they have to deal with. As it stands they for sure don't have a team fully rostered for next year. We passed on Marlies because of all the noise surrounding the team this year and feed back from a few families we know regarding nepotism favouring the coaches nephew (not bad mouthing the kid at all just what we heard). And before the crazies come out denying people are refusing to go Marlies all you have to do is look at last year when they failed to roster a full team. We said no and I know first hand 2 other families that said no. They'll probably still be 4th spot good. Anyways, can't wait to be called a liar but the truth is the truth.
My son is a forward from another organization and when we were approached by a defence father on the marlies. We didn’t take the spot from two reason. The conversation with the coach seemed very condescending, making it seem like it was a privilege to be considered rather than feeling like we are contributing to a bigger factor the negativity that he had spoke about other team members prior left a bad taste on my mouth the fact you would talk bad about other people Just seemed like there was more to it, and if you would do it to them, why would he not talk about us like that besides the fact you can’t get a word in with him constantly over talking over you I didn’t feel heard if he’s gonna do that to me. Why would you not do that to my kid as well? The second factor this may seem old school and I might get a lot of hate from this although not overly flamboyant. I don’t feel I wanted my child to be influenced by a man who is open sexuality is questionable and projecting those thoughts or that lifestyle through any representation for my child.

stop wasting your energy on TM , both the clows are in their final year of coaching there. TM needs to get back in the right direction after the trainwreck these people created for the name and brand of TM

All one has to do is look at the list of players that slipped thru their hands. Talk to any of the parents and they tell you the same thing, over and over again. ML and GL will tell you it was jealousy of RL, parent cuts, whatever and anything else but their fault and they don't care. The simple truth is they are both very off-putting and people don't like them.

How Marlies are playing in any other international tournament or invitational tournaments outside of there brick? (Which they own?) Zero! How many JRC Don Mills flyers and Nats kids are playing in them? 4 from each team at least. There’s your season folks… The fact is that these kids aren’t at the same quality of players and then now I’ve been painted with lamacchia black ball brush. That will be a stigma for these kids far after lamacchia leave organization. The funny part about your comment is you think that him being the head coach is a win… ML has never won anything in his entire career not one brick not one league title his dad bought a hockey team 35 years ago that’s all. You think the Marlies organization is going to step in and save you that’s so funny. Just keep paying the bills that’s all they care about. Same as the lamacchias. Just sit down, shut up and be a good boy OK
