If TR didn't replace the Centre and Big defenceman they will have trouble staying in 2nd tier
They did not replace them. Also SYB at risk of joining Tier 4
TR will be near the top again, NT will be better than last year, EE will try to challenge them. The rest will battle for 4th place and my money is on NYK

There will be teams, especially one's that've been upper end competitive will drop off. Trending in the wrong direction. Who will take their place?

The top 3 from last season will still be the top 3

4th place will be a new team this year
