Lot's of bs about how good this team will be. They might make playoffs, but this isn't a strong team. Lot's of weak spots, and goaltending is one of them. I see who they've added now and you're not close to a top team with these players.

I want to agree with you. I don’t like ST or some of those kids on the team, but for a team that is playing their first tournament together, I thought they looked good. Big, tough, good hockey sense and some scoring. Once they get together as a team they will be tough to play.
And their goaltending is as good, if not better than anyone’s in the league. Both tendies stood on their heads all weekend and kept the games competitive. My kid played with one of the goalies a few seasons ago and you are either new to the league or just jealous because any teammate, parent or coach knows what he brings to a team.
You sound like a bitter daddy who couldn’t convince the coach that your little pylon was worth the time or effort. Good luck on MT, HVS, TW or whichever team was desperate enough to take your money.

Didn't they win 1 of 5? Who's the goalies? I could have heard wrong but isn't one from a bottom team last season and wasn't even that teams better goalie. Anyway good luck to them, no ill will, I tend to agree I don't see them being higher than 7/8 next season. Also saying you don't like kids on a team is a bit much for U15/16 hockey.

Spring hockey is no barometer. They aren’t even the real full teams. Kids are just playing with their friends or are on a spring team for fun because their own team isn’t. So just enjoy it. It’s no yardstick.

I just looked on the players wanted and caps are only team in the west still looking for forward and defence.
Anyone know how all those free rides played out? I suspect the ones having to pay have left now?
