2011 team will be the best in the org and probably secure a 7-9 spot in the provincial top 10 next season.
Other teams might be hard pressed to break into the top 10, 2013 team may have a shot at 9 or 10 but two bad losses to Niagara already exposed a lot of weaknesses.
The org is still building.
