You losers care way too much about over priced spring hockey that means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

All of you are the reason why minor hockey is in the state it is in. The costs are way out of hand and only going up. It's not based on talent anymore, it's how much you can spend and who's palms you can grease.

Big news from the rink, the kids from India have arrived and, uh... they're not messing around. The rest of us? We're just out here trying not to trip over our own laces while these kids are out there skating like they're late for Diwali.

And the best part?
They’re getting discounts on their fees.
Why? Who knows. Maybe it’s just karma, baby.

This is Hockey 2.0: Desi Edition.

Now there’s three kids named Arjun, Dev, and Aman skating circles around everyone while their uncle, not a coach, not a trainer, just an uncle, is on the bench in sandals, giving strategy tips mid shift and handing out ladoos after a hat trick. He doesn’t even know the rules, but somehow he’s running the power play.

Who’s all heading to the TT summer get together in Muskoka? Gonna be an awesome time, barbecue going, beers flowing, music pumping, and some serious lounging in a $4 million cottage. Classic TT vibes. Don’t miss out, it’s shaping up to be a beauty.

YO I MADE AAA!!! Let’s gooo. Coach said he liked how physical I play, probably ‘cause I throw hits like I’m 6’4” even though I’m 5’3” on a good day. People said I was too small but now I’m basically a muscle with skates.

We’re getting started in August, gonna be ripping drills, getting dialed in. I’m already working out like a maniac. This is literally the best day of my life. School’s done, not even thinking about grade 11. It’s just hockey now. All hockey. Forever.

Any triple teams still looking? My son decided he wants to play AAA next season, right now he’s AA, leading goal scorer, big, strong player, doesn’t back down from anyone. The kid does it all, straight A’s in school, very coachable, humble, wins MVP every tournament he enters, kid is so good the school waived our fees. Looking at top teams only, don’t want to waste our time, he’s going to be 16 in September, 6’4 & 215lbs, we are Russian background

Question for other hockey parents out there…

Can someone explain how my son is leading the AA league in goals in the GTHL, but still can’t seem to get a shot at AAA? Honestly, I can’t help but feel like some of the teams we’ve been with in the past might be holding that against us, maybe even spreading stuff around. We’ve had a few rough experiences with coaches who didn’t really use him the way we knew he could be used, and now that he’s trying to make a move, it feels like doors are closing for no good reason.

Anyone else ever deal with something like this?
