Development of a few, typically of the parents for the ones on the board. Coaches hand picked and jump like puppets. Esp for the 09's. Look at the 09 players...then look at the board. Plus kids on that team that have NO BUSINESS being there, skill wise. But get a pass for various reasons.

We all know the complainers . No real problems on the 09 team. Over achieving for sure!
