No London implosion coming - they are the team to beat here for sure.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Oct 16, 2024 11:13 am 2 weeks in still waiting for the London implosion... maybe next week lol
HP has impressed at times and left much to be desired at others
Windsor has started the season 3-0 and had a decent tournament in the states going 2-2-1...see if they can keep it up
SCP is in general having a tough start to the season... no surprise with the roster changes
Sarnia has impressed by keeping games close against some tough teams this weekend
EMC the "blue collar" worker bees of the league and man they like to throw their weight around
99ers are better then anticipated still strong defensively and forecheck like demons... just don't have the scoring touch they had
Kitch is looking better then last year with the roster changes
WW is not having a very good start to the season. went 0-4 in the Dufton and lost to SCP at home
CKC and Cambo are as expected... no quit in them though
HP/Brantford are the next two up and seem to have some good depth. Brantford is impressive with how many big pieces they lost. Sarnia has lost some head-scratchers but they're definitely right there with HP and Brantford.
The rest is where things get interesting after a month into the season. SCP, EMC and WW all have good wins to their name, but all have questionable records. It will be interesting to see who rises to the top here.
WJS, CKC, KJR and CH all seem to be lost. WJS and KJR are the most surprising here as I really thought they would have taken a step forward but I'm not sure what's going wrong.
End of the year predictions:
LJK
B99
HPL
SLJS
SCP
WW
EMC
KJR
WJS
CKC
CH
