I’m pretty sure I convinced him to drop the headline on his videos saying “top speculated 2018”. the dad is completely mental and if you see any of his latest videos on Instagram the first person to always comment is an account named “the hockey doctor”. The hockey doctor just compliments every video in an extreme manor saying the boy is the next Mcdavid and he’s the greatest playing out there. Well I did some research and noticed the hockey doctors profile said he was an online instructor and hockey coach. He had 70 followers and about 65 of them were from Pakistan or India. Paid bots! The hockey doctor has no website and it’s not even a real person. It’s the dad !!!! He posts a video on the boys page then quickly switches to this other account to comment and then he likes the comment so it stays at the top of the page. completely mental!!
I work in IT/Social and this loser has been paying for not followers/likes for a long time. It isn’t cheap either, he’s spent a lot of money trying to buy popularity. It’s as easy to see through as his shitty sped up videos though. The kids skating technique is horrendous and he doesn’t play houseleague this year so there won’t be videos of him getting owned.

A very poor attempt by this guy to pimp out his kid and pretend he’s something he’s not. Pathetic.

Is this normal? Any other kids this age this good? Will kids this advanced this young fizzle out? Anyone else have any kids at 5 lifting weights? Not sure what to make of this.
lots of kids develop early and others late. You wont know if he is the next great one until Major Bantam, if he still is above par from the rest he will maybe part of the 1%.

Guest wrote: Fri Mar 01, 2024 9:22 pm I was actually just alerted to this forum from a friend of mine. Brady Wallace is my son and I created this profile! I read over the comments and had a good laugh! Sped up videos? I will take that as a compliment for my son! The people on here claiming to know anything about my son or myself are truly laughable! In regards to lifting weights? Absolutely okay at this age! The body adapts to load at any age in a positive manner! My son has loved all athletics since he first was able to walk and that hasn't changed! Is this normal for 5? No, it isn't normal in any way, shape or form! Anybody that tells you otherwise shouldn't be in a hockey forum! It appears the same people on here making things up and trying to sabotage my son are the same people often probing around his profile with negativity! How sad really! You guys are adults 🫣

What isn’t normal? A 5 year old doing this much? This must be your first child. He is normal, a lot of kids do training and extra skates at his age. The worst part is how cocky the person running his IG is. Just be humble and stop acting like he is a prodigy. Just keep on going with him and make it good quality time together.

There was a 2010 or 2009 from Alaska that did the same thing as you are doing, just showing little highlights and it got attention, NHL teams flew him out and he was on Hockey Might in Canada and people kept saying he was the next McDavid. Maybe that’s your goal and that’s fine. He came for a spring tournament in Toronto before Covid and then everything was put into perspective and he still has his highlight videos but that’s all. You do not want to put a target on his back. I wish you all the success but stop acting like he is the only child out there like this. It’s very easy to show small clips, the best clips. You can make anyone look like a prodigy these days
