coaching is everything. If they can find good coaches people will stay.
Coaching and Championships ..
The conversations around the rink this weekend were pretty common about who is "for sure" staying and who is "for sure" leaving. Should be lots of drama to finish this season. Keep it classy parents.
it will always come down to coaching. the current U13 (next years U14) will have a lot of movement if they don't change coaches.
Even if he were a good coach, which he isn’t, having the same coach for one age group benefits no one.
The only good coach in U13 is the B coach.. AA and A coaches are useless.
Love seeing these comments from a short guy with a loud mouth who doesn’t volunteer himself. Get a life. Funny thing is your kids gonna be screwed because you’re a parent cut. Good luck getting in anywhere next season. Enjoy HL where you belong.

The man is power-hungry, but does he not realize that the border is open, he has no control over anyone, and no one needs release to play elsewhere?
Oh don't kid yourself. All the things the man is, foolish is not one of them. He knows the borders are open, he's been crying for NRPs for years. He's been out recruiting for sure, he will have replacements for anyone who leaves. I'm sure he's already replaced a few people in his mind (even if they didn't plan on leaving).
