Alright, dads of players, listen up, this one's for you. If you're not a dad, keep it moving. But if you're here, take notes. Don’t be that dad riding your kid hard because they’re not playing like they’re in the NHL or the big leagues. Take a good look in the mirror first: Are you setting the bar? Are you out there busting your ass, staying in shape, showing your kid what it means to work for it?

I’m 50 and rocking a six-pack, yeah, I’m that guy. And no, I don’t expect every dad to be doing my workouts (trust me, you’d puke), but here’s the thing: if your kid’s watching you sit on the couch, how the hell do you expect them to be motivated to grind? My kid practices with the team, sure, but I’m also out there on the ice with him, running drills, sweating like crazy, hitting the gym, and eating clean. Lead by example, fellas. If you’re not walking the walk, don’t expect them to run the race.

Coaches can't win. They'lll be blasted no matter who they take. Small, big, yellow, orange. Old AA, old AAA. It doesn't matter. What if the talent just insn't there?

JB coached my kid years ago. Yes he has a lot of faults as he's a parent coach (even non-parent coaches suck some times) but you coach then.

LJK parents are so delusional. Complaining about the refs and just acting stupid - the mic picked up everything. When you're playing an actual AAA team, and getting absolutely crushed, just STFU.

Good showing at SS…no surprise

This team over the years has never competed with the top ranked AAA teams so don’t think it’s much better than it has been. Unless you take on lots of talent not from the London area. EMC still has a talented team to compete with those top AAA teams

They've barely competed with mid level teams. It's not hard to understand why. They don't have an super talented players. They're all average. Coaching has been weak as well. They need a non parent who knows how to coach.

JB might be the coach again next year. Can you imagine? I bet 6 kids get cut and others leave London. No way parents are going to be happy if JB is the coach again.

He's already successfully chased a number of London based players out of town! Keep letting him coach...by U16 he'll just AP a whole team of players a year younger! Guys a train wreck!
